About the Project
“Lenny & Larry’s was founded by two friends with a passion for fitness, having fun, and the first to truly bake with protein. Combining a fitness background with an interest in nutritional baked goods and promotional fun, we decided to create and market high protein muffins, cookies, and other all-natural baked goods.”
Lenny & Larry’s was in search of insights as to how and why growth was taking place without fully understanding their place in the healthy snacks landscape. Uncovering key insights would help support the brand in retail growth, product development, and updated branding.
My Role
Among one of five team members, together we moved through The Design Gym’s process and conducted interviews, research, competitive analyses, frameworks, and ideas to arrive at valuable insights that were then presented to the client.
